Job Summary
Manage work to support optimal utilisation, assisting senior lawyers as required and acting as lead counsel where appropriate. Delegate tasks to juniors, provide feedback, and communicate progress to supervisors while consulting on difficult technical client issues. Manage the billing process and develop client relationships by anticipating needs and delivering prompt updates. Support the firm by establishing relationships across the global network, mentoring juniors, and contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives. Comply with risk requirements and professional responsibilities while engaging with external bodies and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- between one and five years of post-qualified experience in this area
- Academic excellence
- an analytical mindset
- Hands-on competition experience
- competition disputes in the High Court
- Competition Appeal Tribunal
- experience of collective actions in the CAT
- bright self-starters
- looking for a challenge
- excellent interpersonal skills
- able to communicate with individuals at all levels
- willing to supervise and develop Junior Associates and Trainees within the group
