Job Summary
Entry-Level Project Estimator responsible for preparing job estimates, supporting projects, and collaborating with project managers in a construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline; construction-related field preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years of practical experience in project administration, estimating, or related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of building and framing layouts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional physical tasks related to site visits

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
