Job Summary
Lead the warehouse team during your shift by showing the staff how it's done, managing personnel on duty, and training new members. Accurately pick and pack items per order, support delivery partners to ensure a smooth handoff, and resolve customer issues regarding substitutions or stockouts. Receive inbound product from vendors, verify counts against purchase orders, put away inventory, conduct cycle counts, and maintain warehouse compliance with health and safety standards. Operate from 7am to 3am covering operational hours.
