Job Summary
Coordinate the operational steering and administrative support for the vehicle fleet at the Stuttgart location, serving as the primary contact for all disposition and cleaning inquiries. Manage on-site staff and external service providers while overseeing incident resolution for vehicle towing and regulatory violations. Implement best practices to drive process optimization and contribute innovative ideas to improve urban mobility operations. Maintain clear communication channels with authorities and external partners to ensure efficient fleet management. Requires fluent German and English, valid driver's license, and experience in a comparable role.
Required Qualifications
- Stuttgart knowledge and shared passion for vehicles
- First relevant experience in a comparable role
- Successfully completed degree or completed vocational training with economic or technical focus
- Analytical abilities with knowledge of MS Office products
- Leadership qualities with ability to motivate, develop, and coordinate a team
- Flexibility, hands-on approach, reliability, self-reliance, and high willingness to engage
- Fluent German and English
- Valid driver's license
