Job Summary
Junior Operations Manager responsible for pioneering process architecture, building operational processes, scorecards, and workflows from scratch for campaigns and accounts. Independently lead projects, align cross-functional teams, manage strategic partnerships, coach staff with a progressive, trust-based approach, and drive data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and team member experience. Must demonstrate ability to own outcomes, manage multiple moving parts, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. The role emphasizes leadership, process design, and growth-minded execution within a hybrid/remote-friendly BPO environment, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of supervisory or management experience in a BPO/ RPO/ VA Agencies or similar
- Strong Project Management DNA
- Ownership Mentality
- Non-Punitive Leadership
- Exceptional verbal and written English
