Junior Operations Manager (Cooking Experience)

Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes according to standards while leading daily operations, managing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety. Organize stock, inventory, and ordering; handle cash register operations and daily settlements. Train and support future team members, identify operational improvements, and solve problems proactively. Work closely with founders to grow the concept, ultimately taking full responsibility for running the St. Gallen location independently. This role offers direct collaboration with founders in a fast-growing startup environment, with clear progression toward Store Manager and participation in a long-term vesting program.
