Job Summary
Junior Operations Data Analyst for Kepak Group’s Boning Hall & Abattoir. Collects and validates operational production data, prepares daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports on production performance, yield, throughput, labour efficiency, rework and waste; maintains reporting tools (spreadsheets, databases, dashboards); analyzes variances, downtime, rework and losses to identify trends; produces reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint; supports continuous improvement through data analysis and communicates findings to supervisors and management; Monday to Friday 7 am–5 pm; factory in Watergrasshill, County Cork, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic to good skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to organise, analyse, and present data effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to question and validate data when inconsistencies arise
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or administrative environments is advantageous
- Qualification in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field is desirable
- Portuguese/Polish speaking is advantageous but not required
