Junior Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Verify client payments, complete beneficiary details, and manually enrich transaction reporting files while adhering to internal SLAs. Resolve transaction and payment issues via email, phone, and chat; take client instructions offline and fund trades requiring manual processing. Reconcile client funds, FX settlements, and internal cash movements; investigate unallocated funds and escalate rejections as needed. Confirm payment statuses across third-party banking platforms and update client information per procedures. Communicate task progress to supervisors and escalate problems swiftly. Maintain office etiquette, meet quality standards, and seek feedback to learn from mistakes. Required Qualifications
- Practice good office etiquette through punctuality, attendance and behaviour
- Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure
- Diligent, with good attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Co-operative, and comfortable working in a team environment
- Curious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and procedures

- Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
