Job Summary

Junior Office Administration Manager responsible for end-to-end office operations for Glovo's Kazakhstan market (Almaty HQ and Astana). Plans and executes central administration, budgeting and procurement, facilities management across two locations, and serves as main point of contact for administrative matters. Leads culture, events, and engagement efforts including onboarding and major office events (e.g., Summer and Winter parties, leadership summits). Coordinates with external vendors, IT, health and safety, and security, while supporting volunteering programs and social impact initiatives. Requires hands-on, autonomous work style with strong organizational and planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. English and Russian are mandatory; Kazakh is a strong advantage. Demonstrates a proactive, creative approach to improving the office experience and fostering an inclusive culture. Remote/hybrid flexibility noted (work from home a day a week, and up to three weeks remote per year), with the role based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar Office Management, Workplace, or Administrative / Procurement role
  • Languages: English and Russian are mandatory. Kazakh would be a strong advantage.
