Job Summary
Set up and customize Odoo modules for CRM, accounting, sales, inventory, and subscriptions, including document layouts and report generation. Build, maintain, and optimize n8n workflows and API integrations to automate business processes. Document standard operating procedures and support workshops, data migrations, and customer training sessions. Provide operational project support to free up leadership capacity for strategic initiatives. Work directly with the CTO in a two-person team using modern tools like Odoo 18, Docker, and LLM agents.
Required Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung mit Odoo oder einem anderen ERP/CRM-System
- Gutes Prozessverständnis und kaufmännische Grundlagen
- Basiswissen in APIs/JSON
- Basiswissen in SQL
- Basiswissen in Automatisierungstools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (Kundenkontakt)
- Gutes Englisch (Tools/Doku)
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Lust, in einem kleinen Setup Verantwortung zu übernehmen
