Junior O2C Analyst - Credit Control (Hungarian speaking)

Job Summary
Junior Credit Control Analyst tasked with controlling customer credit risk and outstanding balances to support order fulfillment. Lead daily credit control activities, review and approve customer credit terms, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely payments. Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Management to resolve credit issues and meet order release deadlines. Drive continuous process improvements, develop team members through coaching, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls. Fluency in Hungarian (B Level) and strong English communications are required.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Credit Control
- Proven experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
- Experience in a shared services environment
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Hungarian language proficiency (B Level)
- Experience in transition or migration projects is a strong asset
- Experience in accounting is advantageous
- Experience in credit limit setup, order release, and payment terms analysis
- Proven ability to manage escalations and stakeholder communications
- Ability to drive process improvements and monitor KPIs
