Job Summary
Support the Night Butler in delivering personalised overnight service, including assisting with late arrivals, early departures, and coordinating guest preferences. Deliver amenities and refreshments promptly while conducting overnight room checks to ensure standards and preferences are met. Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering to fulfil requests, maintain accurate guest records, and handle enquiries with discretion. Prepare arrivals and guest arrangements for the following day while upholding St. Regis Butler Service rituals and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, guest services, food and beverage, in-room dining or Butler environment preferred
- A genuine passion for personalised hospitality and guest engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to service
- Ability to remain calm, professional and organised during overnight shifts
- High levels of discretion, integrity and respect for guest confidentiality
- Ability to adapt and respond efficiently to guest requests and operational needs
- A collaborative approach, working closely with night and daytime teams
Desired Qualifications
