Job Summary
Seeking a Junior Network Engineer to support the FBI’s IT Infrastructure Division. Responsible for network systems evaluation, maintenance, and communications support, requiring relevant IT experience and security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret security clearance
- 1-3 years of relevant IT experience with specialization in networking technologies
- Basic knowledge of IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, Stateful firewalls and encryption technologies
- Working knowledge of network management tools
- Working knowledge of web applications, web servers, application load balancers and storage systems
- Capable of making travel arrangements
Desired Qualifications
- Associates of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise Core and Infrastructure certification
Additional Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Top-Secret security clearance required
