Job Summary
Handle tickets and provide router configuration, installation, repair, and support for the network infrastructure. Install firewalls, configure WAN, routers, access points, and other network components. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. While CCNA certification is a bonus, strong technical skills are required. This role supports the organization's IT operations with a focus on network maintenance and troubleshooting.
