Job Summary

Administer and support the Bank's network, server, and cloud infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows servers, and virtualization platforms. Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, patching, and configuration changes for switches, VLANs, and WAN connectivity. Manage user access across banking applications and assist with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding in accordance with least-privilege principles. Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues involving endpoints, printers, and network connectivity while developing knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides. Install, configure, and deploy workstation and mobile technologies, prepare equipment for new hires, and maintain technical documentation and asset inventories. Support vulnerability scans, remediation efforts, and compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and audit requirements. Participate in business continuity testing, disaster recovery validation, and cross-functional projects. Act as escalation support for Network Support Specialists and assist with hardware selection and evaluation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work outside regular Bank hours when necessary for maintenance, support, or incident response
  • Equivalent combination of technical training, coursework, or relevant hands-on IT support experience

Desired Qualifications

  • banking or financial institution experience
  • Working knowledge of banking operations and secure, highly available systems in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of IT security principles, access administration, vulnerability management, and regulatory expectations, including FFIEC guidance
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong technical foundation with willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on escalated issues and priority tasks
  • Equivalent combination of technical training, coursework, or relevant hands-on IT support experience may be considered in lieu of certification
