Job Summary
Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates for roles in creative, media, and marketing automation. Guide candidates through the full recruitment process, providing updates and feedback while collaborating with hiring managers to align profiles with needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer extensions, and devise strategies to attract passive talent. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system. As a candidate's first point of contact, you represent DEPT®'s culture and ensure a positive journey for applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Success in attracting and selecting top talent in the creative or digital industry
- Experience in setting up, preparing, and conducting candidate phone screenings
- Ability to ensure a thorough assessment of candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers and operational directors
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in using other recruitment tools
- Ability to manage candidate data
- Ability to streamline processes
- A strong interest in the practical applications of AI in a business context
- A proactive approach to embedding new technologies in daily work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using generative AI or other smart tools in a professional or personal capacity to increase productivity and solve problems
