Job Summary
Junior/Mid/Senior Design HVAC Engineer in Zagreb or Rijeka, Croatia, responsible for mechanical HVAC design of infrastructure solutions, development of project documentation (heat load, ventilation calculations, CFD analysis, detail drawings, material submittals), BOM specification, procurement support, coordination with manufacturing and commissioning teams, and participation in FAT and on-site coordination meetings; requires expertise in HVAC design, collaboration and team management, and software tools (AutoCAD, CFD). The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, problem solving, organization, creativity, and English proficiency at B2 level; occasional travel within the EMEA region is expected; offers opportunities for internal/external development and flexible working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Mechanical Engineering (preferred in thermodynamics)
- Experience in collaborative projects and team management
- Software skills: AutoCAD, MS Office; Revit (optional); CFD tools (Ansys, DC Reality)
- English minimum B2 level
- TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
- Occasional site visits to EMEA region
