Junior Metallurgy Analyst

Conduct technical queries and feasibility analyses for product downgrades or reallocation. Provide metallurgical support in qualifying new thermo-mechanical processes and steel types. Participate in failure analysis for internal or external quality issues. Analyze data to prepare technical reports on process performance, heat treatment reprocessing, and capability studies. This role is part of the Global Trainee Program, offering rotations in two departments and international training over two years.
