Job Summary
Junior Merchandising role focusing on steering and replenishment processes for NOS- and VMI-models to optimize availability and stock levels; analyze assortment performance across suppliers, categories and SKUs; collaborate with Buying, Inbound and Merchandise Planning as well as suppliers; support cross-departmental projects aimed at automating goods control and improving forecast and data quality; emphasis on data-driven decision making and hands-on execution in a fast-growing European e-commerce environment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Fashion Management oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Sicherheit im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Nice To Have: Erfahrung in Supply Chain/Merchandise Management/Controlling im E-Commerce/Retail/Fashion
- Grundkenntnisse in Analytics-/BI-Tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Deutschkenntnisse (Nice to Have)
