Job Summary
Develop documents for digital and physical customer communication platforms using Quadient Inspire, including emails, letters, notes, and policy documents. Leverage programming skills in known languages, SQL, and HTML/CSS to create and configure these automated outputs that generate many of the letters Dutch residents receive. Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team environment while maintaining ITIL and ISO27001 compliance standards. Requires HBO education, client contact in Dutch, and experience working in teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
