Job Summary

Junior Media & Shopper Activation Manager – Core Markets International is responsible for planning and executing retail media and activation initiatives, ensuring a strong brand presence at the point of sale across Core Markets (Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy). Responsibilities include briefing and ensuring design asset quality, developing POS and customer-specific campaigns, rolling out displays and POSM materials, creating guidelines for brand consistency, coordinating external agencies and service partners, contributing to sub-budgets, and reporting to the Media & Shopper Strategy Manager – International. Requirements include a marketing- or related-field degree (preferred), 2–3 years in trade/shopper marketing or retail media, FMCG experience, project coordination across countries, proficiency with MS Office and KPIs, and professional English plus Italian/Dutch/French. Travel 1–2 times per month. Flexible working hours and remote options are offered.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, media, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in trade/shopper marketing, retail media, or brand activation
  • Experience in FMCG and understanding of retail landscapes in the Netherlands, Italy, and/or Switzerland
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing activation and media initiatives
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and countries
  • Experience steering external agencies and service providers
  • Strong MS Office skills; comfortable with KPIs and reporting tools; international coordination
  • Team player with hands-on mentality; strong communication and coordination skills
  • Creative and strategic thinking; structured and independent work style
  • Fluency in English; professional proficiency in Italian, Dutch, or French
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month
