Job Summary
Support traders within the designated market team to develop and refine trading strategies; analyze market fundamentals; build/maintain forecasting models; prepare dashboards and market summaries; monitor real-time news and data; build AI-driven workflows to process unstructured market signals; automate reporting with Python or low-code AI tools; collaborate with trading, risk, and analytics teams; contribute to research on trading/hedging opportunities; create analytical tools and dashboards with data scientists and technology teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative disciplines
- Exposure to at least one programming language (Python, C++, Java, or similar)
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to convert unstructured market signals into structured, actionable insights
- Builder mindset with automation/ scripting experience
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms and computational thinking
- Fluency in English
