Collaborate with specialist departments to structure large volumes of data and derive actionable recommendations. Rotate through predominantly commercial and IT-related departments in Germany and abroad over a 12 to 24-month journey to gain deep understanding of data-driven decision-making. Apply your master's degree in analytics, economics, or informatics to link analytical results with entrepreneurial goals while building expertise in machine learning and digitalization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, (Business) Informatics, or a related field
- Graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree
- Focus on topics such as data analytics, data science, machine learning, or quantitative methods
- Strong passion for data and analytical challenges
- Motivated to structure and analyze large volumes of data and derive concrete, actionable recommendations from them
- Ability to find it exciting to understand how business models work and how data-based insights contribute to the optimization of processes and strategies
- Highly motivated to link analytical results with entrepreneurial goals
- Convinced that sustainable success is created through human collaboration
- Succeed in winning others over to data-driven solutions and driving change forward together with empathy, openness, and enthusiasm
- Strong growth mindset
- Ready to continuously develop yourself in a dynamic environment
- Learning new technologies and methodologies quickly
- Communicate very well in English
- Possess good German language skills
- International experience of at least three months
- Permanent employment contract
