Job Summary
Lead the delivery and ongoing improvement of global financial planning processes across complex markets and regions for the Specialty Business Joint Venture. Ensure planning activities are completed consistently, efficiently, and according to global standards while partnering with senior Finance and market stakeholders to address complex challenges. Drive planning improvements in execution, systems enhancements, and analytical capabilities to strengthen effectiveness and standardization. Monitor planning performance through indicators and governance forums to find opportunities for continuous improvement. Act as a subject matter expert across assigned accounting, reporting, and planning processes, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and sharing guidelines across the Planning organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- 6–8 years of relevant Finance experience
- significant exposure to FP&A, financial accounting, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial forecasting and performance reporting processes, governance, and finance systems
- Proven experience leading complex improvement in execution, transformation, or planning initiatives
- Strong collaborator management and influencing skills
- ability to build effective partnerships with senior financial and business leaders
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
