Job Summary
Junior Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Services Division (MSD) with quality control inspections on turnovers and completed service calls, managing rekeys, parts ordering/delivery, and inventory coordination across vans, stockroom, shop, and site locations. Role involves inspecting property standards, providing feedback to leadership, processing work orders for rekeying, coordinating equipment needs, and contributing to quarterly inventory.
