Junior Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Maintain and troubleshoot factory equipment, electrical and instrumentation systems; perform preventive and predictive maintenance; oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure machines meet specifications; support in assembly of air coolers and related wiring/testing; prepare and maintain weekly/monthly performance/service reports; uphold safety across fabrication areas; leverage technical skills to identify and address abnormalities and drive productivity improvements; familiarity with ISO/Suruhanjaya Tenaga electrical certification is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on experience related to engineering, design, and fabrication of process equipment (e.g., air-cooled heat exchangers)
- Ability to operate industrial equipment (hand wrenches, welding set, power tools, cutting torch)
- Strong analytical ability to interpret technical drawings, mechanical assemblies, wiring diagrams, and electrical/electronic circuit boards
- Ability to implement safe work and lockout/tagout procedures
- Knowledge of organizational methods and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
