Job Summary
Junior Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist responsible for processing deliveries according to procedures, registering and processing delivery data in ERP systems, linking deliveries with purchase orders and suppliers, verifying data consistency with documents and physical state, using logistics support tools (barcode scanners, mobile devices), identifying and reporting discrepancies in logistics processes, supporting logistics projects (implementations, process optimizations), preparing and updating logistics cost estimates (e.g., transportation and warehousing costs), ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures, and supporting continuous improvement of logistics processes. Must be ready to work in an operational environment combining physical and system work, with basic English in a business setting, and collaboration within a team. Desired familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., iScala and SAP) and logistics/warehouse experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in logistics or supply chain roles is preferred but not explicitly required in a separate degree requirement.
