Job Summary
Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including pickup and delivery scheduling, while serving as the primary logistics interface for MO&I program teams and customers. Maintain accurate inventory records in the Staging Facility Inventory Management System (SFIMS) and track material shipments to provide timely status updates to multiple program teams. Support staging facility and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment and Support Equipment logistics requirements. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years in acquisition and sustainment logistics, and proficiency with SFIMS. Must be a U.S. Citizen and obtain a Secret Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years in acquisition and sustainment logistics, including 2+ years supporting DoD logistics programs
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting ALRE and SE shipping and receiving processes
- Demonstrated experience using SFIMS, including inventory data entry and tracking
- Strong understanding of staging facility operations and warehouse management
- Experience working across multiple programs and with stakeholders in a DoD environment
- Proficiency with inventory databases and logistics-related systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to obtain a Secret Clearance
