Job Summary
Oversee the product life cycle from acquisition to disposal and maintain a real-time detailed inventory of approximately 450 Smart Phones, 75 Cell Phones, 20 iPads, and various print devices. Initiate move requests for personnel transitioning devices, respond to trouble calls for OS uploads and application resets, and manage international phone service for traveling staff. Coordinate documentation for equipment repairs, unique requirements for special events, and monthly usage reports with Type Wing Commanders. Proactively identify potential issues such as equipment failure or supply chain disruptions to reduce mission-impacting risks. Requires an active DoD Secret security clearance and an Associate degree in business administration or related discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Associate degree in business administration, management or related business discipline
- Minimum of three years of experience in Navy logistics AISs
- One year of experience in Navy Logistics AIS management for each year of college education (as a substitute for education)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, and Access
