Junior Logistic Fulfilment Associate | Belgrade

Junior Logistics Fulfilment Associate supports day-to-day logistics activities, including preparing shipping lists and order documentation under guidance, order validation, shipment preparation, updating inventory across locations, providing documentation to facilitate daily shipments, and communicating with couriers and warehouses. You will support warehouse operations, follow logistics protocols, and use internal tools, spreadsheets, and AI-supported tools to assist with reporting and data checks. The role is based in Belgrade with an option to work from home one day per week (hybrid), offering learning opportunities, exposure to an international e-commerce environment, and potential for growth. Strong attention to detail, reliability, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset are valued; English is the working language in this international environment, and the candidate should be motivated to learn tools and systems while gradually taking on more responsibility.
