Job Summary
Support Loan Trading Operations by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of primary, secondary, and distressed loan trades. Create and maintain trades within ClearPar, coordinate with internal teams and counterparties for settlement, and prepare LSTA/LMA documentation. Monitor trade status, perform reconciliations, and escalate delays while reviewing credit agreements and corporate events. Prepare reports on unsettled trades and operational risk indicators to contribute to process improvement initiatives using Excel-based tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance, up to two years of banking experience, and advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience within Banking and Financial Operations
- Knowledge of Middle Office Operations
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong collaboration and results-oriented mindset
- Client-focused and resilient approach
- English (Fluent)
