Job Summary
Junior Loan Officer position at Village Capital & Investment LLC in Henderson, NV. Supports borrowers through the refinance and mortgage lending process in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, working with experienced Loan Officers and internal teams to guide customers from application to closing. Responsibilities include educating borrowers on refinance options (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), following up on leads, building rapport with borrowers, making 30-100 daily contacts via calls/texts/emails using CRM and scripts, maintaining accurate pipeline records, assisting processing and closing teams, and participating in training for mortgage product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales, customer service, call center, or related experience preferred
- Interest in building a career in mortgage lending and financial services
- General knowledge of mortgage lending or financial products preferred but not required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable licensing requirements as needed
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving performance goals
