Job Summary
Junior Linux Systems Engineer to support and maintain Linux infrastructure in a high-performance, low-latency trading environment. Responsibilities include end-to-end server lifecycle (racking, configuring, and maintaining physical hardware), deploying and operating OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters, administering Ceph storage, managing user access and security, monitoring performance and backups, troubleshooting incidents, and writing automation scripts (Ansible, Terraform, Python) to reduce manual toil. - Clear communication skills — interface with developers and traders
- Strong interest in electronic trading environments and low-latency systems
- RHCSA certification is required; RHCE is a strong bonus
