Job Summary
Review, draft, and revise commercial agreements, including master supply agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and tax equity documents to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. Support senior legal leadership by coordinating with outside counsel, assisting with litigation processes, and conducting legal research for internal stakeholders. Manage standardized contract templates, document control, and legal records while providing guidance on employment law matters such as disciplinary actions and internal investigations. Maintain accurate documentation of company operations and corporate compliance initiatives. Requires a Juris Doctor degree, active U.S. bar license, and five years of experience in contract review, compliance, and employment law within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active license to practice law in the United States
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, supply, or industrial environment
