Job Summary
Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and draft, negotiate, and execute transactions while ensuring appropriate approvals are in place. Manage regulatory and compliance services, represent the company in property purchases and sales, and handle title verification and coordination for registration. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in law, enrollment with AIBC, BCI, and KSBC, and strong experience in real estate law, foreclosure, and analytical research skills. Candidates must be located in Bangalore, fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada, and possess the ability to work independently under pressure. Preference is given to those with 1+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB)
- Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge
- Good understanding of foreclosure
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Should be able to work independently
- Should be enrolled with AIBC, BCI, KSBC
