Job Summary
Junior Lawyer to join our global legal and compliance team in Prague. Core responsibilities include legal research and assessment, drafting and reviewing internal policies, participating in regulatory filings, reviewing product terms and marketing content from a legal perspective, vendor management and contracts, and assisting with KYC and onboarding. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across regulatory, corporate, M&A, real estate, and labour law areas, with a focus on compliance and IT/IP law (data privacy, security, and AI). Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in Law, prior law-firm or in-house experience, fluent English, and an openness to innovative tools and AI-enabled workflows.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Master’s degree in Law
- Prior experience (e.g., as a legal assistant/paralegal during your studies) in a law firm or an in-house legal team is required
- Fluent knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- A positive relationship with technology and openness to AI tools (e.g., Harvey AI or Claude)
- Past experience in data protection, cybersecurity or AI related legal matters is an advantage
- Positive, proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
