Job Summary
Junior Lawyer with 1–2 years PQE to draft/negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, advise on commercial, IT, and data protection matters, support employment and competition law matters, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development. Team operates across Commercial & Contracts, Employment Law, Competition, TMT, and Data Privacy; the role involves providing pragmatic, commercially aware legal advice across a diverse caseload in Kyiv, Ukraine, with opportunities for training and integration into senior teams.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited Ukrainian university
- 1–2 years of full-time legal experience in commercial, employment, competition, or technology law (private practice or in-house)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with solid time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
