Job Summary
Manage day-to-day labour implications for the business model, including inspections, labour trails, and contentious administrative proceedings. Provide consultation on labour, courier, and business model matters while collaborating with external law firms. Review legal documents such as agreements, policies, and procedures, and handle large data loads to fix problems proactively. Work within the HQ Legal Team's Litigation Labour Unit, leveraging 1–2 years of labour law experience and advanced Spanish and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in labour law
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
