Junior Lab Engineer

In this role you will support day-to-day lab operations related to equipment management, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and operational support. You will contribute directly to maintaining lab performance, supporting customer environments, and ensuring system reliability while collaborating closely with engineering, support, and pre-sales teams. Responsibilities include providing office-based technical support, tracking and following up on customer incidents, replicating and analyzing lab tests to reproduce issues, validating patches and software updates, managing RMA processes, assisting pre-sales and system engineering, performing hands-on lab activities with equipment, supporting system integration and end-to-end testing, managing interoperability testing across platforms, configuring project and system settings, contributing to system documentation and technical reporting, administering CRM databases for incident tracking and knowledge base updates, maintaining technical documentation and product notes, migrating and maintaining customer configurations, and contributing to continuous improvement of lab and support processes.
