Job Summary
Junior KYC Consultant to explain the KYC process to clients, clarify onboarding/recertification requests, and prepare comprehensive Kick-off packs. Conduct initial checks, gather necessary data from internal/external sources, ensure documents are valid and compliant, define onboarding specifications, liaise with stakeholders for required documents, perform gap analysis, and conduct due diligence for multi-site clients with updates to systems based on documentary analysis. Ideal candidate has an academic background in Law/Finance/IR or related field, strong communication, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and is fluent in English. Hybrid work is offered with 2/3 days in the office in Porto per week.
