Job Summary
Manage and distribute information across the military intelligence program to ensure effective knowledge sharing and utilization for Object Based Intelligence (OBI). Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and stakeholders, utilizing centralized databases and content management systems. Develop optimal workflows, document management systems with search and retrieval features, and disseminate intelligence products across networks. Design user-friendly interfaces and develop APIs for integration with project management and CRM tools, ensuring ontologies meet practitioner needs and documents are version controlled. Compile performance reports on search, discovery, storage, and retrieval metrics while monitoring application performance to inform design decisions. Provide ongoing training and support to users on workflows and documentation. Requires an Active TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience or 7 years with no degree
- Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and key software applications
- Critical thinker with problem solving skills
- Technical writing skills to produce and revise content
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with users and stakeholders
- Active TS/SCI
- Ability to obtain a Poly
- US Citizenship
