Job Summary
Junior Key Account Manager to help grow the Red Bull brand in Poland within an assigned sales channel. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies to maximize product visibility and achieve sales targets, developing and executing promotional plans to boost customer engagement, effectively managing the budget, monitoring sales results, analyzing partner performance and driving optimization actions, negotiating terms and signing business agreements to benefit both parties, building long-term business relationships with partners, collaborating with internal teams (brand marketing, trade marketing, operations, Controlling), maintaining regular contact with Red Bull headquarters in Austria, tracking market trends and identifying new business opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions. Requirements include higher education (preferred business-related fields), 2-3 years of experience in sales in the modern trade channel, proven success in planning, negotiating and executing business strategies, independence, proactivity, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus very good MS Office skills (Excel) and very good English (spoken and written).
