Job Summary
Attain ServiceNow certifications through on-demand courses, followed by mentorship and training from the team. Develop, support, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize solutions across multiple integrated systems using teamwork and information gathering. Collaborate on solutions for internal use and the ServiceNow store while designing, building, testing, and documenting custom applications via agile methodologies. This junior role is part of a piloted training program for fresh grads and juniors aiming to become ServiceNow Developers, offering funding for certifications and placement in client workspaces.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, etc.
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Knowledge of Agile practices
