Job Summary
Junior IT Support Technician provides Tier 1-2 technical support for Windows and macOS, sets up and maintains workstations and devices, manages user accounts and access, troubleshoots hardware/software/networking, supports Adobe Creative Cloud workflows, documents procedures, deploys software, writes automation scripts, supports Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, collaborates with engineering/ops on internal tools, monitors system health, and escalates as needed. The role requires 1–3 years IT support experience or equivalent education, familiarity with scripting (Python/JavaScript/PowerShell/Bash), experience with Adobe CC and MDM solutions, and IT certifications are a plus. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent education
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, user account administration, and endpoint management
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and workflow improvement
- Familiarity with APIs, Git, and basic software development practices
- Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications and creative production workflows
- Exposure to MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) and identity management platforms (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Entra ID)
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or related certifications are a plus
