Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems and log them in the internal ticketing platform. Analyze hardware and software issues in first and second-level support to identify root causes and implement solutions with the team. Assist clients with questions regarding our software applications and pharmacy logistics systems, escalating complex technical topics to relevant departments. Identify recurring requirements and improvement opportunities through direct customer interaction to enhance service quality and product development. This role supports our Medical IT and healthcare logistics solutions used by hospitals and pharmacies, offering structured onboarding and ongoing training in Medical IT, software support, and healthcare logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, IT, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich
- Analytisches Denken
