Job Summary
Manage Windows customer networks of 5 to 250 workstations and handle support requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, remote assistance, or on-site visits. Administer and configure Windows Server landscapes, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments while maintaining comprehensive oversight of all relevant customer systems and IT services. Provide sustainable support for clients under a flat-rate billing model. Requires an IT qualification, strong German language skills (C2), and familiarity with Windows Server roles, networking protocols, and cloud solutions. Located in Vienna, salary ranges from 35,000 to 45,000 EUR gross annually.
Required Qualifications

- Windows Server inklusive dazugehöriger Rollen (AD, File-Server, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
