Job Summary
Support IT systems for JSOC and subordinate commands by troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software and hardware maintenance, and ensuring systems run smoothly. Maintain network security, install updates, manage IT documentation, and support AV system operations while working under senior specialists. Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, working in high or cramped places, and lifting over 50 pounds across varied indoor and construction sites. This entry-level role requires a TS/SCI clearance, Security + certification, and a safety-minded approach to deadlines.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma
- US Citizen
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be insurable
- Must be able to stand, kneel and crouch for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in high places and in small cramped places
- Must be able to work in hot humid places as well as cold places
