Job Summary
Act as the technical point of contact for system operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues affecting end-user systems, and diagnosing technical problems. Provide support for HSPD-12 enrollment and SmartID card activation activities, conduct system activation within the USAccess environment, and perform maintenance on previously deployed systems. Develop and present briefings and reports, assist with training personnel on system functionality, coordinate equipment shipment to field locations, and manage inventory reviews. Operate USAccess functionality for scheduling and site configuration modifications while providing backup support to the designated Site Manager. Offer administrative support for ICAM SharePoint and handle logistics for the credential issuance program supporting over 65 locations nationwide. This hybrid role based near Washington, DC requires a U.S. citizen with a Public Trust clearance and 2-5 years of IT support experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of IT support experience

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all organizational levels
- Ability to effectively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple concurrent assignments
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or higher-level federal security clearance as required by the contract
- Must be in proximity to HQ Washington DC office
- willing to travel onsite as needed
- Ability to meet and maintain the physical demands required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position
- Must be able to reach, squat, bend, pull, grasp, hold, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Completion of at least two years of college-level education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
