Job Summary
Manage IT process compliance with group policies, document requirements, and set up controls by gathering evidence and closing items in dedicated software. Coordinate Service Level Management documentation and repositories while interacting with regulatory, internal, and external audits to verify information and monitor deadline compliance. Communicate with IT departments to clarify audit request details and consolidate large volumes of data using advanced Excel, Jira/Confluence, and AI tools. This role supports the bank's largest product IT team of 900+ specialists serving 2.5 million clients, emphasizing risk analysis and process performance evaluation within a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active use of digital technologies and software solutions: PowerPoint, PowerBI, Grafana, Jira/Confluence
- Advanced MS Excel skills (working with large datasets, writing formulas)
- Proficiency with AI/GPT tools
- Analytical mindset: risk analysis, auditing, and process performance evaluation
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy: ability to process large volumes of information error-free
- Proactivity and result-orientation: ability to articulate thoughts clearly and practice active listening
- Multitasking: readiness to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, strong self-organization, and the ability to switch between tasks without compromising quality
Desired Qualifications
