Job Summary
Entry-level to junior IT & Operations role supporting employees, brokerage operations, SaaS platforms, and our VoIP phone system; work under IT Manager guidance across onboarding/offboarding, Tier 1 IT support, SaaS administration, phone-system provisioning, CRM/tool support for brokerage teams, IT projects, and compliance tasks. Requires 1–2 years IT support experience, proficiency with Google Workspace, Windows 11 and macOS, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a hybrid remote role with periodic on-site work at our downtown Toronto office.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or IT operations role
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration (user management, groups, basic settings)
- Comfortable supporting Windows 11 and macOS with common SaaS platforms (Slack, Microsoft 365, or similar) from an admin or power-user perspective
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Clear communicator: explain technical issues simply to non-technical colleagues
- Self-motivated and organized: manage own queue and follow through
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in learning
